  • Walk and Talk Sessions are a form of ecotherapy. Ecotherapy is an evidenced-based practice that has been shown to reduce stress, improve perception, and improve physical health. I offer Walk and Talk appointments seasonally, typically May through September and pending weather. We meet at a local park and use the local trails while we process your needs.

  • Online therapy allows me to offer you additional times, be more accessible to you, and allow you to start services from the comfort of your space. You will receive a video link through Simple Practice to your email where we will meet. If you have any issues or concerns, feel free to message me.

  • I offer in-person sessions and online sessions from 4:00-8:30 pm. Online sessions can be offered as long as you are in the state of Indiana at the time of session. In-person sessions are at my office with limited times.

  • At this time, I do not accept health insurance. I do accept Lyra (EAP). While I understand this can be a barrier, there are several benefits to this.

    1) I am able to offer more affordable therapy services.

    2) I am able to focus more on your care and growth and offer you the highest standards of care.

    3) I am able to address the goals that are better for you rather than for your insurance or a specified diagnosis that stays on your permanent record.

    Payment Options:

    My client’s receive reimbursement through Mentaya. It’s a company that will handle the paperwork and reimbursement process for you. It’s possible to get 60-80% back of your therapy session fee.During our consultation call, I can check your benefits and give you all the information about reimbursement.

    2) I offer an Anti-Oppression Sliding Scale (Green Bottle Sliding Scale)

    The current sliding-scale range is $70–$160 per session. To determine the most appropriate tier, you and your provider will have a brief conversation about your financial circumstances. The tiers are as follows:

    Tier 1: $70–$95
    Tier 2: $100–$120
    Tier 3: $130–$160

  • I’m a member of the LGBTQ+ community as well. I really love to support my community. It’s also important to me that I am always continuing my education and training of marginalized groups.

  • I am a BIPOC ally. It’s important to me that I continue my education and training of marginalized communities. I strive to create a office space that is a safe environment. If I’m not the right fit for you, then I would love to help you find you someone that it is.

  • My sessions are $140 per session. I offer weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions based on your necessity. If this is not feasible for you at this time but are still interested in my services, please contact me as I offer limited sliding scale spots.

  • Brainspotting is a therapy that helps people heal from tough experiences by using where they look to access deep parts of the brain. A "brainspot" is just a fixed eye position that connects to stored emotions or trauma. By focusing on that spot, the brain starts to process and release things that talking alone might not reach.

    Unlike traditional therapy, which follows a structured plan, Brainspotting is based on uncertainty-meaning the therapist doesn't direct the process but follows what naturally comes up for the client. This allows the brain and body to lead the healing in its own way, at its own pace.

    Brainspotting utilizes the visual system to find relevant eye positions which are seen as “access points” to locate the necessary information to be released or focused upon. Based on the idea that “where you look affects how you feel,” Brainspotting can release unconscious beliefs about yourself that may be holding you back. This technique is highly effective & promotes rapid healing as it bypasses the “thinking” & analyzing area of the neocortex.
